About Megan

Megan is a Newcastle based management and organisational development consultant who has a passion for helping organisations become the best that they can be.

Megan has worked in the health and community services sector for 20+ years across a wide range of fields including indigenous health, remote public health, health promotion, general medical practice, women’s health, aged care, counselling, children’s services, family services, community justice, homelessness, disability, governance.

With significant hands-on management experience guiding organisations through challenging periods of change and out of instability, Megan has developed unique skills in organisational analysis and repair and a deep appreciation of the breadth of responsibility on senior management.

Megan brings a sensitive and open approach to consultation, an inquiring mind, thorough research skills, and diligent attention to detail. These qualities are needed to navigate through sometimes complex workplace issues and multiple agendas to arrive at a clear position on the way forward and agreed strategies.

Megan has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Distinction), many certificates relevant for the social and community services sector, and is currently completing an MBA at Deakin University (Distinction average).

Megan is on the Board of Management of Early Links Inclusion Support Service, currently transitioning to NDIS.
